It’s been a hand-in-hand clash between Think Music and Sony BMG in audio markets of Tamil film industry. Of course, these companies are into big show of acquiring audio rights over top-charting flicks with best music.
Now the latest reports are that Sony BMG has acquired the rights of ‘Theeradha Vilayaatu Pillai’. The film is produced by Vishal’s home banner GK Film Corporation. With Yuvan Shankar Raja scoring music for the film, Sony BMG has signed the contract on dotted lines. It has been confirmed officially that the audio will be launched in first week of December so as to release the film by Pongal or somewhere in Jan 2010.
The film is directed by debutant Thiru and features three hotties: Tanushree Dutta, Neethu Chandra and Sara Jane in female lead roles.
It’s worth mentioning that Vishal-Yuvan combo had earlier spelled chartbusters with Sandakozhi, Thimiru and Thamirabarani.
