Anushka Sharma is a model and actress in the Bollywood film industry. Her first film was Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi with Shah Rukh Khan. RNBDJ was directed as well as produced by Aditya Chopra under the banner of Yash Raj films. Adi's other films were Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge and Mohabbatein. RNBDJ was released worldwide on Dec 12th and is now running successfully by breaking all existing records. On her portrayal of the character Taani in her debut film, Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, Anushka has been described by viewers as delivering a confident performance likened to that of a veteran actress and standing out even against her costar, Shahrukh Khan.
