Jayaram with his new film Kaana Kanmani!

Jayaram, who recently made a strong come back into the Malayalam film industry with the hit films Veruthe Oru Bharya and Bhagyadevatha is now all set to continue his winning streak. Jayaram is currently working for a film titled as Kaana Kanmani, which marks the come back of Akku Akbar, K Girishkumar and Jayaram after the hit Veruthe Oru Bharya. Padmapriya is playing the lady lead in this film.

This movie which gives prominence to family relationships and sentiments gives prime significance to comedy also. In this movie Jayaram will be seen in the role of Sub-Inspector Sadasivan. Sadasivan is a family man with a wife and child, but his main weakness is television serials. He cannot get over that craze. Sadasivan who is always thinking about serials, loses his job all of a sudden.

It so happens that by accident Sadasivan also lands in serials. What follow are the problems he encounter and how these problems influence his life and change his life. The climax will unfold whether they change his life for the better or for the worse. Time Arts is produing this Malayalam movie, which will be distributed by Mammootty's Playhouse into the theatres for this September as an Onam release.
