All in the Rajinikanth family movie on Pongal not for Rajinikanth?

2010 Pongal releases be all within the Rajinikanth family? As of now the confirmed Pongal releases are- Aayirathil Oruvan, Kutty, Goa. Vishal, at the audio launch of his film Theeratha Vilayatu Pillai was talking only of a January release and did not specify Pongal.

Everybody knows that Rajinikanth is not having any Pongal releases but he has enough reasons to cheer and look forward to the biggest festival in Tamil Nadu. First and foremost his daughter Soundarya Rajinikanth’s Ocher Studios maiden production Goa is all set to release. Says Venkat Prabhu, the director of the film: “We will have a big bang audio launch on Dec 23, and we will be ready for a Pongal 2010 release.”

Rajinikanth’s eldest daughter Aishwarya Dhanush has worked as assistant director to her brother-in-law Selvaraghavan in his ambitious Aayirathil Oruvan, which is confirmed for Pongal. Aiswarya and her husband Dhanush has also rendered the hit number in the filmUn mele. Aasaithan….

Finally Rajinikanth’s son-in-law Dhanush’s long delayed Kutty has announced a Pongal 2010 release. Now the big question being asked is whether all the three films will release on the same day- January 14? Rajinikanth, we are sure will first catch up with Goa, before he watches the other films!
