Review : EE Pattanathil Bhootham!

After a long gap a mammooty film hit the theatres. But as usual this time also the film failed to impress just similar to parunthu, Mayabazzar and Love in Singapore. The new malayalam movie released in 92 theatres all over Kerala. E Pattanathil Bhootham is the first movie of Mammooty in 2009 and in this movie superstar mammooty comes in double role.

Mammootty’s much hyped ” EE Pattanathil Bhootham” is a fantasy film. But an actor like Mammootty can never be proud of such a film appearing in his career. After watching the movie i have only one question in my mind - why an actor like Mammooty giving dates to such script?? Director Johnny Antony and writers Siby K Thomas and Uday Krishna who gave us Thuruppu Gulan, which was a comedy-action mass movie and did well at the box office.EPB is just a mix of all his previous films.

This movie is a one man show by Mammootty. He is good most of the times. He looks smarter and def attract kids. Like Mammoottys all recent movies suraj does his part well but little boring some times.Nothing good for kavya in the story. Another negative of the film is poor editing.. many times i feel the movie just like an animation.
