As we all know that, our Honourable Tamilnadu Chief Minister Dr. Kalaignar Karunanidhi is a renowned writer. He started his profession as a writer before come into the politics. His passion is the story writing and has written huge number of novels and stories. One among them is "Suruli Malai" which will be turned into "Nee Indri Naan Illai" movie starring Tollywood actor Uday Kiran and Mollywood actress Meera Jasmine as the lead roles. Thoothukudi fame Karthika doing the prominent role and also other casts like Thalaivasal Vijay, Manorama, Ganja Karuppu and Kovai Sarala doing various roles in this movie. The music is composed by "Thenisai Thendral Deva" who feed sweet honey to the ears. The eminent lyricists Vairamuthu, Mu. Metha, Na. Muthukumar and Pazhani Bharathi crafted the lyrics. Nandhini Arts is producing and Ilavenil is directing this movie.
